I must admit that I have not been a major fan of AYCE hot pots, but I have since changed my mind after coming to Seapot. I came for lunch with my mom and aunt, and we all ate more than expected because it was just that good. The pricing for lunch is amazingly affordable, and the cost is the exact same for either hot pot or BBQ. The quality of the meat and seafood is superb, and the variety of side dishes guarantees there is something for everyone. For hot pot, each individual chooses their own soup base and enjoys their own personal hot pot. For the side dishes, there is a rotating belt of never-ending root vegetables, leafy greens, tofu, noodles, seafood, and more. For the meat, we were able to choose three types at a time from a selection of beef, pork, and chicken, and I enjoyed the brisket the most. The all-you-can-eat part applies to the side dish plates (of which I had eleven) and the rounds of meat. There is a separate self-serve dipping sauce bar consisting of different sauces and toppings, and there is even a recipe guide to help you make your own dipping sauce. There is a separate bar that serves alcohol, and the restaurant is decked out in string lights and chandeliers in a low-light ambience. Parking is easy and surrounds the entire restaurant. Service is great. I definitely recommend this place for affordable, delicious, and convenient AYCE hot pot.

Seapot is an all-you-can-eat hot pot and bbq restaurant that truly impressed me. The food was delicious, with a revolving area for hot pot ingredients that made it easy to try a little bit of everything. The variety of vegetables, seafood, and other hot pot essentials was fantastic. The highlight for me was the meat, especially the wagyu. It was incredibly tender and flavorful, adding a luxurious touch to the meal. The broths were also very tasty, providing a great base for all the ingredients. The ambience at Seapot was modern and inviting. The revolving setup for the hot pot ingredients added a fun and unique twist to the dining experience. It was clean, well-lit, and had a lively atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. Service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure our table was always stocked with fresh ingredients and checking in to see if we needed anything. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Seapot offers a fantastic AYCE hot pot experience. The delicious food, unique revolving setup, and excellent service make it a place I highly recommend.

This place was amazing. I love both hot pot and kbbq. We ordered both as an option, and I'm so glad we did. 15 minutes before they opened for dinner, there was already a line outside for people waiting to get in. We were seated right away. Staff was amazing and friendly. Instructed us on how to order, such as how many meats per order, explained the time limit of 90 minutes, and provided recommendations. After we ordered, they were quick to bring us out our items. They had a cart making rounds to pick up any finished dishes and to change the grill. Could not believe how everything tasted so good! They definitely had quality meat, and the marinades were so good as well. The options that they had for the hot pot seemed endless. They had all kinds of veggies, noodles, and proteins. I ordered a coconut juice drink. It was straight out of the coconut and after I was done they even cut the coconut in half so we can eat the inside. I've been to many Korean restaurants and tried many ayce kbbq and/or hot pot spots. But I have to say, this ranks as one of my top choices. Also, I forgot to mention that they have a great selection of sauces that you can serve yourself. The bar is off to the side. There is also a private dining area that offers karaoke. I loved this option and I plan to come back

After a long drive, this hot pot spot was different since it has a conveyer belt with everything except meat; we ordered from our waitress. We opted out of the bbq option since our stomach can only hold so much. We went during lunch time and put our party of 6 on the waiting list through Yelp and got a table once we walked in. Helen, our server was phenomenal, she was quick, friendly, efficient and honest. We were in the process of paying and she stopped us and reminded us again that tips are already included in the bill. Overall, the food was really good, the green veggies can be a hit or a miss. I love the grabbing food off the conveyor belt since I could grab as much as I can and whatever I want without flagging someone down. I actually ate more off the conveyor belt choices. This restaurant is big and there were a lot of big parties with many open tables in the back. Also, Maven's ice cream was by the sauce bar, but it was $5 a pop. Fruits are included and it has really sweet honeydew, strawberries, orange(didn't try) and grapes.

Love this seapot place because of all the options!! I got the Thai soup base which was so good. The revolving belt is always full of the best sides from seafood, veggies, meatballs, and noodles. The sauce bar is great as well! Service is good and the inside is very trendy.

Finally got to try this spot after hearing all the buzz around the conveyor belt AYCE. There's quite a bit of a wait on weekends, so I recommend joining Yelp waitlist before you arrive. One of the very first things I noticed about this place in my two visits so far was that the sauce bar was NEVER clean. They also ran out of sauce bowls and we had to use bowls from our table instead. That said, they do have a wide variety of different sauces/toppings and I appreciated this. The Thai Pot broth was really good but I would not recommend the healthy herb :( it had no flavor and was almost like water. The meats were OK, which is honestly expected for AYCE. Our favorite was the beef toro. The seafood was pretty good too! We enjoyed mainly the shrimp. Although, I was questioning the freshness of all the seafood as it does sit on the conveyor belt for some time.. but I felt fine afterwards! We loved the convenience of just being able to grab whatever we wanted. I wish they would refill the popular faster though. I really liked the selection of veggies/noodles/fish balls that they had! Overall, not a bad spot, it's good value for your money since it's AYCE but don't expect Haidilao level meat quality. We enjoyed the service too despite it being very busy for lunch that day.

Food: the ingredients are pretty fresh and the soup is super nice! They also have a sauce and salad bar and fruit bar, which is considered pretty decent for an all-you-can-eat hotpot place. Service: very warm and nice. They come at good timing and pay attentions to the plates on your table to assist you with cleaning or adding orders. Ambiance: when we were dining there, there happened to be 3 birthday celebrations. It's quite special and interesting, so I'd recommend if you're dating, celebrating or having a friends/family gathering, you can consider here! They also have BBQ as an add-on option if you're also interested in having variety of foods.

Heads up, they don't always honor your reservation time. On a weekend night, my party of 8 had a reservation for 8pm but we were seated at 8:30pm. My favorite meats included pork belly, rib eye, angus beef, and collar butt which I believe was pork. Service for meats can get a little shaky but is usually pretty good.

I came here after flying into SJC at night because it was one of the few restaurants open past 9pm. This was a super unique AYCE hotpot experience for $32.99. I got the Thai pot soup, and my husband got the healthy herb soup. We both enjoyed our soups and wish the refills were more broth-specific because towards the end of the meal, our soups kind of just tasted like meat. Favorite meat orders were the New Zealand lamb, rib eye and Natural Angus Prime. I loved the variety of options from the conveyor belt - nagaimo, oyster mushrooms, fried fish skin and fried bean curd rolls. Service was phenomenal. Tara was so incredibly warm and welcoming and so helpful in explaining everything since it was our first time. We came in kind of late, around 9pm, but we did not feel rushed at all and she made sure we had enough to eat when letting us know about the last call. I wish we had one of these back home in OC. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys hotpot!

When it comes to AYCE, DIY Korean soup and BBQ, this is the spot to try! Mind you, expect a long wait since every location is so popular. For $32.99 you get either soup or BBQ. Add $5.000 and you get both! What's really interesting is the conveyor belt that snakes through each table. On it are your noodles, seafood, veggies, etc. Some of the items were unique and intimidating to me. I wished the restaurant provided a menu that had a picture and description of those items. The Galbi/Kalbi and garlic pork belly were some of the grilled items that everyone needs to try. Delicious marinade and seasoning on both meats. In hindsight, I would not order any meats for my soup. That way I could really "live it up on the BBQ". Service was friendly and very attentive. Our server checked in on us frequently to see if we wanted to order more items, change out our grilled, refill our drinks, etc.
